Refund Policy

Focani is free, so there is nothing to buy and nothing to refund. Every test, every difficulty and every feature is available to everyone. There is no paid plan and no subscription.

Voluntary contributions

The pricing page has an optional one-off contribution button. It is a gift, not a purchase: it unlocks nothing, and your access is identical whether you send one or not. Because nothing is sold in exchange, contributions are non-refundable — please only send one if you are happy for it to be a gift.

If a contribution was sent in error, or you believe a charge was not authorised, email support@focani.com and we will look at it. We are not obliged to refund, but we would rather sort out a genuine mistake than keep the money.

Who processes the payment

Creem, acting as the merchant of record. Your card statement will show Creem, and they handle processing, invoicing and any applicable tax. Nothing recurs, and no card details are held by us.

If this ever changes

If paid plans are introduced later, this policy will be rewritten with proper refund terms before anything is sold.
