Refund Policy

The core Focani tests are free, so most people never need this page. These terms apply if you purchase Pro.

Yearly & lifetime plans

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you aren't satisfied. Email support@focani.com from the address on your account and we'll process it.

Monthly plan

Monthly Pro can be cancelled anytime and will stop renewing at the end of the current period. Monthly charges already billed are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

How to cancel

You can cancel Pro yourself at any time from your account settings — no need to contact us. Cancelling stops future renewals; your Pro access continues until the end of the paid period.
