4 short tests, 4 different dimensions
Each one measures something different, so at the end you have 4 numbers instead of one. It is a starting point — not a picture of your attention.
- 1Trail Making Test · Scanning speed~1 min
- 2Flanker Test · Interference control~1 min
- 3Go/No-Go Task · Response inhibition~1 min
- 4Multiple Object Tracking · Attention breadth~1 min
You can do all 4 as a guest — you will see every score. They just will not be saved to a dashboard unless you .
What this is, and what it is not
- It covers 4 of 8 dimensions. That is by design — 4 tests in 4 minutes cannot say much about the other 4. The chart you get at the end is deliberately left with gaps rather than joined into a tidy shape.
- These are the real tests. Nothing here is a shortened demo version — you get the standard free difficulty of each one, so the scores sit on the same scale as every later session and go straight onto your chart.
- It uses your free runs. Each test counts against that test's daily allowance, exactly as if you had played it from its own page.
- A single session is a noisy measurement. One run of anything here tells you how you did in those few minutes — sleep, caffeine and time of day all move these numbers. The point of starting is having something to compare against later.
The route
- 1. Trail Making Test — scanning speed. Connect the sequence — Part B alternates numbers and letters.
- 2. Flanker Test — interference control. Read the middle arrow, ignore the four crowding it.
- 3. Go/No-Go Task — response inhibition. Tap for circles. Hold still for squares — that's the hard part.
- 4. Multiple Object Tracking — attention breadth. Keep several identical moving dots in mind at once.
